Motorcycle Rent Croatia according to the following conditions is renting motorcycles and scooters
• The costumer is obliged to sign contract his own hand, and consents to the conditions of the contract.
• The lessee is responsible for all damage to the vehicle incurred during the rental vehicle, if he himself committed. Customer agrees to compensate the Motorcicle Rent Croatia all damage to the motorcycle or scooter caused by incorrect use or in a car accident caused by the charterer.
• Rented motorcycle or scooter is insured against liability for damage to third parties in accordance with Croatian law and insurance law. In the event of damage to the vehicle committed by a third party beneficiary is obliged to report the accident to the police.
• When renting a motorcycle or scooter user must leave the deposit into Kuna or Euro which in turn depends on the model of motorcycle or scooter. Upon expiration of the rental deposit shall be returned if not violated any clause. It is also required to pass passport or identity card to agent till returning the vehicle back.
• Fuel is not included.
• If for any reason the user terminates the contract, the money from the rental payments are not refundable.
• Vehicles registered for two persons in the event the user is used for more than one person costumer loses the right to refund deposits.
• The vehicle may be operated only by the lessee (or another driver if listed). In the case of the use of the scooter to another person before the prior approval of the employee Motorcycles Rent Croatia longer have the right to refund deposits.
• In case of theft of motorcycle or scooter, or any part Customer agrees to compensate the value of the stolen parts or entire vehicles Motorcycles Rent Croatia
• In case of serious violations of traffic regulations (driving more than two persons, riding on one wheel, driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol ...) the user loses the right to refund deposits.
